Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, rol içi ve rol dışı performansta iş talepleri - iş kaynaklarının ve psikolojik sözleşmenin etkilerinde örgüt kültürünün düzenleyicilik rolü olup olmadığını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmada, Kayseri’de faaliyet gösteren mobilya ve bilişim sektöründe yer alan 528 çalışana sistematik veri toplama yöntemi olan anket kullanılarak nicel bir araştırma tekniği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerden yararlanılarak ise geçerlilik, güvenilirlik, hiyerarşik regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarında rol içi ve rol dışı performansta iş talepleri – iş kaynaklarının ve psikolojik sözleşmenin etkilerinde örgüt kültürünün düzenleyicilik rolünün olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışma, rol içi ve rol dışı performansta iş talepleri – iş kaynaklarının ve psikolojik sözleşmenin etkilerinde örgüt kültürünü düzenleyicilik rolü olup olmadığını ortaya koyması açısından önemli görülmekte ve literatür alanındaki bu boşluğa ışık tutmaktadır.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to reveal whether organizational culture has a moderating role in the effects of job demands - job resources and psychological contract on in-role and extra-role performance. In the research, a quantitative research technique was used by using a questionnaire, which is a systematic data collection method, to 528 employees in the furniture and informatics sector operating in Kayseri. Using the obtained data, validity, reliability and hierarchical regression analyzes were performed. The results of the analysis revealed that organizational culture has a regulatory role in the effects of job demands – job resources and psychological contract on in-role and extra-role performance. This study is important in terms of revealing whether organizational culture has a regulatory role in the effects of job demands – job resources and psychological contract in in-role and extra-role performance and sheds light on this gap in the literature.
